DSW to Stewart. Just to be clear, yes you are allowed to unlap yourself. However, drivers must use their heads and be aware of their own live race situation as well as the drivers around them that are a lap (or more laps) ahead of them. In this instance, there's 6 minutes remaining of the race, Stewart is P24 and his race is done (P23 is miles away, P25 is comfortably behind), whereas Kimmo is P11 and has P10 and P9 directly in front of him, within 2seconds of him and therefore has a very strong chance of getting a top 10 finish. Therefore, i consider Stewart's move an extremely unsportsmanlike piece of conduct, as unlapping himself gains him absolutely nothing, whilst totally ruining Kimmo's chance of getting a top 10 finish.
