Looks like Stewart goes deep into the chicane to allow Basson to go past on the inside, but Basson is caught in two minds and doesn't know what to do. You can see on his throttle and brake traces he brakes at 200m, then goes back on throttle, then brakes again. He ends up stopping on the apex, whilst Stewart is stopped wide on the corner expecting him to go past on the inside. Turley has nowhere to go. Everyone here has the right intentions so no penalty.
