As there was no result from the offending driver, a Qban for the next race will be applied to car 193. We understand that the wheel had died, but the reaction time was much much to slow.

If ACC had a system where we can apply qualifying penalty (like -5 positions or something) that would have been the course of action, so unfortunately a qban must suffice.
